Q: When will my order ship?
A: Grip Tape orders have a 3-5 business day lead time + shipping. Custom Skate Decks have a 5-10 business day lead time.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. All orders ship with tracking.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do.
Q: How do I install the grip tape?
A: There are tons of great tutorials on YouTube. We may film one of our own one of these days!
Q: Do you accept custom order returns?
A: No. It was custom printed for you with permeant inks, so we cannot accept returns. If there is something wrong with your product, it was printed incorrectly or damaged in shipping, we will work to resolve the matter.

Q: I want a custom sized sheet, can you do that?
A: Yes we can! Please use the contact us form to get started. Please note, special sizing requests do have additional fees.
Q: What should I do when I receive my grip tape?
A: Your custom grip tape will arrive rolled up. It is important during cold weather that you allow your grip tape to reach room temperature before unravelling it, or installing it to allow the adhesive to temper back to the environment. This will give you the best installation experience.
